A comprehensive questionnaire will be send to you upon request for an online consultation . Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire and proof of payment, Heidi will send you a customized and comprehensive treatment plan best suited for your needs, within 4 days. Support, information and advice are given regarding diet, supplement program and general health considerations.
For three months after receiving your initial treatment plan, you may continue to ask questions and rely on Heidi’s ongoing support, advice and motivation. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with Heidi via the online interface, i.e. Skype, email and phone within this personalised process.
