| This is the big start into raw/living foods – The Foundation Workshop. Wheatgrass and Aloe shots, juices and smoothies, nut yoghurts, buckwheat and chia porridge, ending with delicious berry pancakes and cashew cream. We will focus on acid and alkaline, sprouting, fermentation, and nut milk – lots of recipes and information will be provided. | ||

The idea is to have fun, eat delicious food, and get stimulated! We focus on local organic where possible . . . seasonal, artisan, whole vegetarian food. No wheat, pasteurised dairy, meat, sugar, preservatives or chemicals – they have been done to death! The menu may change due to Mother Nature. | ||
