Heidi du Preez is a practising Nutritional Therapist. She obtained her masters degree in Food Science and is registered as a Professional Natural Scientist. She is currently furthering her studies in Nutritional Medicine. Heidi regularly writes articles, gives talks on radio and has appeared on TV. Her passion is cooking and she has worked as a chef locally and abroad. She resides with her husband and two children in Hout Bay, Cape Town.
