Tuna pâté

Serves 4

170 g tin of tuna in spring water
4 spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) red pepper, diced
2 tablespoons (30 ml) homemade mayonnaise or plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly-squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon (2 ml) herbal salt, or to taste
a pinch of cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh coriander, parsley or chives

1. Drain the tuna, and mash with a fork.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
